Where can we have our picnic?
There are a number of public parks within Chicago City limits where we can set up your picnic. After booking I’ll be sending out a list of park locations. We can also set up in your home, indoor or outdoor.
What if we do not want our setup in a busy spot?
We work in public parks and have zero control of traffic flow around the area we set up our picnics. Chicago and its suburbs can get crowded especially on the weekends. Therefore, we can not promise complete seclusion.
Can we leave before our scheduled end time?
Yes. Please provide us with a 30 min notice via Instagram, phone call, or text message. While at your picnic you are responsible for all picnic items until we return to pack up. Please do not let the setup unattended at any time.
How far in advance should I book a picnic?
As far in advance as you can 3-5 Days in advance! The earlier you book your picnic the more of a possibility we can accommodate you.
Can we bring our food?
Yes, feel free to bring your own food and beverages,
Do you provide food and beverages?
Depending on what package you select. There is an add- on list to with each package you may select.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is Prohibited on all Chicago beaches and public parks. It is the responsibility of the guest to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our picnics. Luxury Picnic Chicgo takes NO Responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties that occurred. However, guests are welcome to bring alcohol to indoor or backyard picnics hosted at their place of residence.
What happens if I arrive late?
We can hold the picnic for ONLY 25 minutes after the agreed booked time. We have the right to CANCEL the picnic if the guest does not arrive during our grace period. There will be NO REFUNDS or rescheduling in these circumstances.
